1Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use WiishWall. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2Service Description

WiishWall is a free platform for creating shared wish walls. Registered users can create walls, share links, and collect messages and photos from friends and family. Contributors can submit wishes without creating an account.

3Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4User Responsibilities

When using WiishWall, you agree not to:

• •Use the Service for harassment, bullying, or intimidation.
• •Post spam, malicious links, or unauthorized advertising.
• •Upload content that is illegal, obscene, or violates the rights of others.
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems.
• •Use the Service for any illegal activity.
• •Impersonate another person or entity.

5Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create on WiishWall. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

6Contributor Content

When contributors submit wishes to a wall, the wall creator can view, manage, and delete those wishes. Contributors understand that their messages and photos will be visible to the wall creator and potentially the intended recipient.

7Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon deletion, all your walls, wishes, and uploaded content will be permanently removed. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

8Limitation of Liability

WiishWall is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or content.

9Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WiishWall, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules. You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which WiishWall operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the website. Continued use of WiishWall after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
